Appropriate use
Use KyaLoge only for legitimate restaurant administration, staff operations, guest menu interactions and authorised testing. Businesses must ensure their account users are trained and properly authorised.
Prohibited conduct
You must not attempt unauthorised access, tenant enumeration, credential stuffing, malware distribution, service flooding, impersonation, deceptive pricing, harassment, fraudulent orders or data harvesting.
Uploading unlawful material or using the platform for spam, unsolicited marketing or communications without proper consent is prohibited. Do not upload private customer or employee information without a lawful purpose and appropriate permissions.
AI and integrations
AI-assisted menu transcription requires human review before publication. Service credentials must be held only in approved secure settings and never pasted into public pages.
Official WhatsApp template messaging must be authorised by the relevant business and comply with Meta's provider rules and applicable law.
Enforcement and reporting
We may investigate credible abuse reports and restrict unsafe activity in accordance with the applicable service agreement and law. Report concerns using the contact form.
