Pre-launch policy & review status

This policy describes KyaLoge's current design and intended operations. Verified legal entity and professional India-specific review must be completed before paid production launch. It is not an independent legal certification.

01 / 06

Scope and acceptance

These terms govern browsing the KyaLoge website and using accessible demonstrations. Live restaurant subscriptions require additional agreed commercial terms before activation. The public website, demos and registrations do not themselves guarantee access to production software.

The legal contracting entity, physical business details and India-specific dispute terms will be verified and included in the final binding subscription agreement before commercial launch.

02 / 06

Restaurant responsibilities

Businesses are responsible for lawful menu content, accurate descriptions, taxes, pricing, staff authorisation, guest service, their own meal payment collection, customer communication practices, and secure management of account credentials.

A restaurant must not upload information it lacks authority to process. AI-generated menu suggestions must be checked before publication. All operations involving guests must comply with applicable consumer, privacy, tax, and food service obligations.

03 / 06

Guest payments and ordering

KyaLoge is not a payment service for diners, does not accept guest card information and does not settle meal payments. Restaurants remain responsible for accepting and reconciling payments through their own lawful channels.

An electronic table order may need counter review; preview orders are simulated and do not create a real food purchase. The restaurant, not KyaLoge, is responsible for fulfilling accepted meals and resolving food-related disputes.

04 / 06

Accounts and restrictions

Users must provide accurate registration information, protect passwords and recovery credentials, avoid impersonation, and refrain from attempts to access another restaurant's records. We may restrict unsafe accounts or abusive testing where permitted by applicable law.

You must not reverse-engineer protected services, send unsolicited messaging, manipulate consents, or interfere with availability.

05 / 06

Availability and intellectual property

Product demonstrations are provided for exploration. Features, integrations and interfaces may change during development. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, availability of unverified integrations or any unsupported regulatory certification.

KyaLoge names, product interfaces and content remain with their respective rights holders. Restaurants retain rights in their uploaded menus and business materials subject to the licences needed to operate the software.

06 / 06

Commercial terms and disputes

Subscription prices, invoicing, cancellation, service levels and support commitments are defined in separately approved written business terms. Until these terms are published and accepted, no automatic subscription charge is authorised by this website.

Applicable law, liability limitations, notices and the official dispute contact must be reviewed by qualified India-based counsel before binding paid subscriptions are offered.
